We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original tags and packaging if applicable
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible unless defective or we shipped the wrong item:
- Final sale items (if marked final sale)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
4. Free Returns
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for eligible orders. Free returns are limited to one prepaid label per order. If abuse or fraud is suspected, we may deny free return shipping where permitted by law.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue a refund after the return is received and inspected.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kilo6@courageoneglobal.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or refund you depending on availability and verification.
7. How to Start a Return
Email kilo6@courageoneglobal.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for return
We will reply with return instructions and a label if eligible.
8. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.
9. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.
